In keeping with our surroundings of beautiful Assiniboine Park, Terrace Fifty-Five will mirror the “greenness” of the park with a menu that will be representative of a regional cuisine, emphasizing local products and suppliers and a focus on Canadian fish & seafood. Chef Scarcella has committed to use sustainable and renewable resources whenever possible. Manitoba products will be used extensively including local produce, pickerel, grains, bison and lamb.

The Animal Tracks Cafe is open today and everyday and welcomes all Zoo guests to try our extensive menu offered. From value meals for adults and children under 12, soups, chili wraps, and so much more! The Cafe also uses Bagassi bowls and cups, which are compsoable as a contribution to our environment. Special Events catering is also provided for weddings, bar mitzvah, corporate events, and seasonal parties.
