There are no admission fees for Assiniboine Park, the Assiniboine Park Conservatory, or the Pavilion Gallery Museum.

Assiniboine Park has a variety of picnic sites available to rent for your family, organization or company picnic:

  • Picnic sites are available “as is”
  • Rental is for 4 hours maximum
  • 1 to 2 picnic tables at each picnic site
  • Please bring blankets and lawn chairs to ensure you have the required seating for your group
  • Alcohol is not permitted
  • Homemade picnic food is allowed
  • No outside catering allowed without a 3rd Party Agreement
  • Some picnic sites have fire pits; we do not suggest the use of the metal grates that are at the locations for cooking
  • You are required to supply your own firewood
  • Permits are issued for each site
