Birthdays at the Zoo

General Information

• Registrations are made through the Events Office at 927-6060
• Parties can be held between 10:30 am and 2:30 pm
• Parties are not booked on Summer long weekends due to heavy Zoo admissions
• Group size must be a minimum of 10 kids and 2 adults
• Cost is $17.95 per child (this includes 2 adult admissions with the group)
• You are welcome to bring in a birthday cake. Due to Manitoba Health regulations, any cake brought into a food service establishment (Animal Tracks Café) must be commercially baked
• Ask us about adding a special Animal Encounter to your child’s party…

Package Includes

• Zoo Admission for each child
• 2 Complimentary Adult admissions
• Goodie bag for each child
• Food and beverages for the children
• Pre-order from one of our “Kids Picks” value meals
• Food items are served in a take-home animal-shaped plastic container
• Birthday childreceives a special Zoodoption Package which includes:
  • Choice of Animal to adopt
  • Photograph of the chosen animal
  • Fact Sheet
  • Plush Animal

Process

1. Entry is through the Main Gate with your permit. Any additional children or adults will need to pay admission fees at that time
2. Menu selections are made and permit presented to the restaurant
3. Any additional food for children or adults would be paid for at the restaurant
4. Lunch will be served in the specially reserved birthday section at Animal Tracks Café where you can open presents and have your cake
5. Goodie Bags and Zoodoption Package will be provided to you by Café staff
6. Self Guided tour of the Zoo
