Indulge in the rich world of chocolate with renowned local chocolatier Constance Popp.

In this hands-on workshop, you'll explore the importance of single-origin chocolate, uncovering its unique flavors and ethical significance. Learn about the fascinating journey from bean to bar, tracing chocolates history and production process. Then, roll up your sleeves and dive into making your own sweet creations—light, fluffy marshmallows and decadent chocolate mousse.

We also visit The Leaf's own unique chocolate trees.

About the Instructor
