Online Flow and Yin Yoga | January - March

Online Flow and Yin Yoga
At Assiniboine Park, we are shifting how we can continue to support our beloved yoga students. We've reached out to our instructor, Becky Watson, and have come up with a virtual yoga series delivered on Zoom to continue our yoga program during uncertain times.
Wednesdays, January 27 - March 3 @ 6:00 PM
Fee: $78.00 + GST
Member Fee: members receive 10% off
Date: Wednesdays, January 27 - March 3 (6 sessions)
Time: 6:00 pm - 7:15 pm
Location: Online via Zoom
How it works:
Zoom is an amazing free app. You can practice with your cell phone, on your computer or even hook up to your TV for better viewing. It gives the option to interact before & after class if you choose to. A link will be sent to your email every Wednesday afternoon that will connect you to your practice at 6:00 pm.
Becky will be available 15 minutes before each class to chat, answer questions and support our amazing yoga community at Assiniboine Park. At 6:00 pm, all microphones will be muted and class will begin. Live yoga sessions are just like having the instructor in the same room with you!
Don't have any yoga props? Get creative with couch cushions, a dog leash or belt for a strap, thick books for a block.
Each session is recorded, so if you cannot make it for the live session you have access to the recording afterwards for 7 days to practice when it best suits your schedule.
