Effective November 2, 2020, Tundra Grill will be open for take-out only.
Hours: 9:30 am - 3:30 pm
Masks must be worn when moving about the restaurant. This includes upon entry and exit, when picking up food and beverages, when visiting the washroom, or walking through the restaurant. Masks may be removed when seated.
Enjoy affordable quick-service meals with plenty of kid-friendly items and incredible views of the Zoo's largest polar bear exhibit through a 150-foot-wide wall of 9-foot-high windows.
- The Tundra Grill is located inside the Zoo.
- The indoor attraction also features the Arctic Treasures Gift Shop and Polar Playground.
- Hours of operation are the same as the Zoo and change seasonally.
- Park & Zoo Members enjoy a 10% discount at the Tundra Grill and unlimited Zoo admissions.
Winston’s Ice Cream Shoppe
Hours: open weekends, weather permitting
This old fashioned ice cream shoppe, located near Toucan Ridge and the Shirley Richardson Butterfly Garden, serves a selection of ice cream, homemade ice cream cookie sandwiches, and mini donuts!
Lemonade & Mini Donuts
Located north of the Stingray Beach Exhibit at the path to the camel habitat.
Bison Snack Shack
Located near the front entrance across from the bison enclosure, the Snack Shack serves hot and cold snacks and treats including paninis, salads, mini donuts, nachos, and fresh squeezed lemonade.
Hawaiian Shaved Ice
Enjoy refreshing shaved ice! Located in Journey to Churchill near the Leatherdale International Polar Bear Conservation Centre.
Located outside the Stingray Beach exhibit.
Concessions are open weekends from May 18 to the end of June and daily during July and August, weather permitting.
School + Group Food Orders
Boxed lunches for school groups can be ordered in advance through the Tundra Grill. Orders must be received at least 5 business days in advance of your visit. Please download and complete the School Group Food Order Form and return it by fax to 204 927 7205 or by email to email@example.com.
