Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Zoo Lights Festival. Volunteer applications are now closed. Applications for our Zoo Ambassador and Zoo Camp Crew programs will open on February 1, 2020.

Zoo Light Festival volunteers will have the opportunity to experience this unique winter festival in depth and up close! Volunteers are Polar Town ambassadors – Assiniboine Park Conservancy will rely on volunteers to help our guests enjoy a magical experience each visit. Volunteers at Zoo Lights Festival are critical to keeping all guests well informed, safe, and comfortable throughout their stay in Polar Town. Volunteers will enjoy a number of benefits including free Zoo Lights Festival tickets, supper and snacks during your shift, and more. The more you volunteer, the greater the reward! Volunteer positions are available to individuals, families, friends, colleagues, and groups. This after-hours event will run over the course of 32 nights from November 30, 2019 to January 5, 2020.
