Zoo Lights is open from November 21 - January 1

November 21 - 30:

• Friday - Sunday: Open 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
• Monday – Thursday: Closed (November 24, 25, 26, 27)

December 1 - 21:

• Wednesday - Sunday: Open 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm
• Monday - Tuesday: Closed (December 1, 2, 8, 9, 15, 16)

December 22 - January 1:

Ticket Policies

• Zoo Lights will proceed rain, snow, or shine. The Zoo will only be closed in the case of extreme weather. Notices regarding Zoo closures will be posted daily by 2:00 p.m. on our website.
• All guests, regardless of age, require a ticket in order to be counted toward our capacity. Tickets for children 2 years of age and under are FREE. Please add $0 infant ticket to your cart for each child aged 2 and under.
• Tickets are valid for one time use on the specified ticket date & time. Guests must enter the Zoo within the time frame indicated on their ticket.
• Tickets cannot be sold and will not be replaced if expired, destroyed, lost or stolen.
• Beginning December 1, 2025, tickets may be exchanged for another event date by going to the Ticket Exchange portal on our webstore (pending availability). November 50% off event tickets are not eligible for the Ticket Exchange. Exchanges must be completed at least three hours before your scheduled Zoo Lights visit. A $10.00 exchange fee is applied to all transactions.
• Refunds will only be offered in the event of a Zoo closure.
• No re-entry. If you leave the Zoo, you will be unable to return.
• Disorderly conduct will result in your removal from the site. This includes trespassing into restricted areas, unsafe or disrespectful actions towards animals, visitors, staff, volunteers or Zoo property.

Event Rules

• Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the Zoo and may result in removal from the site.

• We are kindly asking visitors to refrain from dressing up as Santa or Mrs. Claus and engaging with other guests in character while attending Zoo Lights. All Zoo Lights entertainment, performers and activations must be approved, coordinated and overseen by our teams here at the Assiniboine Park Conservancy.

Group Tickets

Zoo Lights is great for holiday parties, family events, and client giveaways!

Group ticket pricing is available for groups of 25 or more. An outdoor gathering space with seating, lights, corn hole, and a fire pit is also available to reserve.

• Single Tickets = $17.50 + GST per person
• 25-99 tickets = $15.75 + GST per person (save 10%)
• 100+ tickets = $14.00 + GST per person (save 20%)

Cancellation notices will typically be posted here on our website, and on Instagram Stories by 2:00 pm on the day of the closure. Ticket holders who have purchased online will be contacted by e-mail.
