We have venue and service options for every taste, size, and budget at the Park and Zoo. With experienced staff and unique venues there’s no better place to host your corporate event.

The Leaf offers a new experience at the Park for larger events or intimate gatherings. Gateway to the Arctic, located in the Zoo's Journey to Churchill exhibit, offers amazing opportunities to view polar bears while entertaining guests. At the Park, host your event in a serene setting surrounded by nature at The Pavilion or Qualico Family Centre.

Daytime Meetings

The Leaf, Pavilion, and Qualico Family Centre are available for daytime corporate retreats, board meetings, team bulding events, or your AGM. The Pavilion Atrium is full of elegance and offers stunning views of the Park. The Tamarack Room at the Qualico Family Centre is a one-of-a-kind venue in a breathtaking natural setting. The Leaf can accomodate larger gatherings in the expansive banquet hall or more intimate meetings in the gorgeous Elm Room.

Whether you’re having a light or full breakfast and lunch, our in-house catering team will work with you every step of the way to ensure every detail of your event is perfect and create a menu that will please every palate. All food is supplied, prepared and served by the Assiniboine Park Conservancy.

Private Evening at the Zoo

Wow your guests by offering them an experience of a life-time - a private evening at Assiniboine Park Zoo. Enjoy exclusive access to the entire Zoo after the general public has left for the night. We can accommodate everything from strolling receptions to family-friendly parties and formal catered events.

The private Zoo evening experience is available from May through September.

Group Tickets to the Zoo

Visit as a group, or allow your guests to explore at their own leisure any day of the year! Assiniboine Park Zoo provides discounted group rates for tickets purchased in volume amounts (25 or more). Available year-round for General Zoo Admission and exclusive After-Hours Special Events. Great for family days, celebrations, staff appreciation, team-building, and client giveaways!

Group Tickets to The Leaf

Invite your guests to an indoor natural oasis at The Leaf. Discounted admission to this stunning attraction can be purchased as an add-on experience for bookings at any of our indoor Park and Zoo venues. Tickets will be valid only on the day of your event and are subject to availability.
