Enjoy a relaxing adults-only atmosphere complete with live musical entertainment. Wine, beer, and snacks will be available at a cash bar in the Mediterranean Biome and can be enjoyed throughout all the biomes.

Step into a mystical world where dried botanicals, herbs, and teas and tinctures reveal the healing and transformative power of plants. Discover the plant species that cultures have long relied on for well-being, ritual, and remedy.
A moody, intimate space will invite you into a sensory exploration of medicinal herbs and botanicals. This display features dried plants, spices, hanging bundles, and amber glass jars that emulate apothecary shelves. Herbal scents fill the air as you engage with tea and tincture stations in a richly atmospheric setting designed to awaken curiosity and the senses.
Step into nature’s pantry and admire dried flowers and herbs grown in Assiniboine Park’s gardens. Harvested in the fall and slowly dried in a cool, dry space, these botanicals are preserved for every season.
The display connects traditional plant knowledge with real-world practices of growing, preserving, and using herbs for daily life.
