Meet amazing animals, hear stories from the people who care for them, and get closer than ever before this summer by adding a Wild Moment to your Zoo visit!

Choose from four different mini-experiences throughout the Zoo:

Mob of Meerkats
Get to know our mischievous crew and create an enrichment item for them to enjoy.
Dates: July 17, 22, 26, 31, August 6, 10, 15, 20, 24, 29

Horns and Hooves
Go behind the scenes in the Open Lane area and meet the animals who call it home, including our pronghorns, guanacos, and the West Caucasian turs.
Dates: July 15, 19, 24, 29, August 3, 8, 13, 17, 22, 27, 31

Pelican Feeding
Meet our flock of pelicans and feed them a fishy breakfast!
Dates: July 16, 20, 25, 30, August 2, 7, 12, 16, 21, 26, 30

Reptile Rendezvous
Come hang out with the reptiles of Toucan Ridge! You’ll have the opportunity to either feed an animal, participate in a positive reinforcement training session, or get up close with our friendly tortoises.
Dates: July 18, 23, 27, August 1, 5, 9, 14, 19, 23, 28

Wild Moments are not included in Zoo admission. All experiences are for guests ages 12 and up and are wheelchair accessible. Closed-toed shoes are recommended.

You can add a Wild Moment to your visit online, in person at the front Zoo entrance, or at the Wild Moment location!
