Yoga in the Park with Adrienne Shum

Presented by: Manitoba Blue Cross

Enjoy some time outside, and move your body! Join Manitoba Blue Cross for a warm-up starting at 6:00 pm, followed by a gentle, all-levels yoga practice. You will flow through simple sequences that build a little warmth before settling into restorative postures and a deep, grounding relaxation.

Take in the fresh air, connect with your breath, and move at your own pace. Bring a mat or towel, some water, and a friend. Everyone is welcome!

Saturdays at 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Garden concerts take place at the Performance Garden in the outdoor Gardens at The Leaf.

Ballet in the Park at the Lyric Theatre

Enjoy a beautiful performance featuring Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet (RWB).

No ticket or registration is needed to attend. Come early to claim the best available seat and enjoy the full experience. Activities begin at 6:30 pm, followed by the performance at 7:30 pm, with each night wrapping up around 8:30 pm.

We are thrilled to be part of the National evening show—Celebrating our Canada! A broadcast from 8 to 10 p.m. (ET) on ICI Télé, ICI TOU.TV, Radio-Canada.ca, the Radio-Canada YouTube channel, CBC Television, CBC Gem, CBC Music and the CBC YouTube channel. Live from Ottawa, with segments presented from Moncton, New Brunswick, and Winnipeg, Manitoba, the great Canada Day musical celebration will bring together generations and regions from coast to coast to coast.

The Celebrate Stage is located on the Lyric Field next to the Lyric Theatre. Join us here for more entertainment during the breaks in the main programming on the Lyric Stage.

Pop-up Patio at The Pavilion | 11:00 am - 5:00 pm

Hosted by Park Hospitality, the Pop-up patio at The Pavilion will feature food and beverages, beer selections, and a relaxed setting for gathering. Guests can watch live performances from the Lyric Stage on a large LED screen with audio.

• Seating is first-come, first-served
• All ages welcome; valid ID required for alcohol purchase
• Patio experience is weather-dependent
