Diet: Small reptiles, mammals, birds, and frogs. As well as worms, snails, slugs, and snails.

Size: 34 cm to 53 cm length, 64 cm to 97 cm wingspan

Weight: Up to 680 grams

Fun fact: Tawny frogmouths are nocturnal and spend their days motionless, sleeping with one eye open. If a predator comes near they will call out a warning, then throw their beak to the sky and remain motionless in order to perfectly camouflage as a dead branch on a tree.
