Plant of the Month: Joe Pye Weed

Joe Pye Weed (Eupatorium purpureum) is a wonderful late-summer herbaceous perennial that is at its finest from mid-August through fall. If you're looking to create a pollinator-friendly garden, Joe Pye is an absolute bee magnet!

Animal of the Month: Red Panda

As red pandas mature, hair grows and covers their entire foot, including the foot pads! This helps to give them traction in order to walk on ice, or climb wet slippery branches.
